Qualification:
BEng/BSc Mechanical Engineering
PR.ENG (adv.)

Skills & Experience:
Design experience within building services sector
Ability to communicate at all levels and present design work
Liaise with the subcontractors and contractors on site, lead site meetings, compiling of tender documentation and control cost and/or budgets
Proven track record of projects completed
Experience supervising Junior Engineers, Technicians and Draughtsman
Sign off high end designs of wet services that include plumbing and drainage; hot and cold water reticulation systems; waste water; storm water drainage; water heating systems; pump tanks and sanitary ware systems
5+ years’ experience signing off designs of wet services for building services projects

A leading consultancy that prides their core business in providing stellar mechanical and electrical services is looking for a professionally registered engineer to sign off cutting edge designs of wet services that include plumbing and drainage, hot and cold water reticulation systems, waste water; storm and rain water drainage and sanitary ware systems.
Sign off tender documentation, control budgets and attend client meetings as well as assist in site supervision. The preferred will need to be able to communicate at all levels and must have experience in leading a strong team of individuals.
