An awesome new digital marketing agency is seeking the perfect individual to come on board and get this start up going. Currently the team of
five consist of a web developer, SEO analyst, content specialist, Social media specialist and a community manager. If you have the skills to manage an eager and pro-active team of individuals then this is the position for you. Within this roll you would be involved with the business development of a leading SEO company in Cape Town.

Requirements:


Must be proficient in: Goodgle Adwords, Bing ads, Google Analytics, HTML, CSS, A/B Testing, MS Office Packages, PPC Account setups, Mobile Search Engine Optimization, SEO Tools (WebCEO, Majestics etc)
A minimum of 3 years SEO experience
A minimum of 2 years at a digital agency
Knowledgeable in: SEO principles, guidelines, tactics and strategies
Must have: direct experience in e-commerce optimization, link-building initiatives, blog outreach, web development and technology principles
A firm understanding of Social media platforms and the alignment of SEO strategies

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

Developing SEO strategies
The daily management of SEO initiatives and web development tasks
Developing and managing link-building, content creation and blogger outreach strategies
Tracking, analyzing and reporting organic search programmes
Rolling out SEO strategies
Active management of the SEO team, optimizing employee skills
Setting up, managing and optimizing SEO Accounts
Training and assisting the sales team in developing sales strategies to secure clients
developing and improving SEO packages tailored for sales
Supervising Social media growth, Managing current and new accounts
Salary: Negotiable based on exp.
