• Proven experience in a Management / Supervisory Position is essential
• Perform well under pressure
• Exercise authority and discipline
• Willing and able to work irregular and long hours if required

Duties:
• Prepare a complete production plan weekly in advance
• Draw data packs of all projects one week in advance
• Liaise with Supervisor to maintain a 2 week planning period on projects
• Coordination of different projects flexibility
• Establish, enhance and maintain effective communication between yourself, Quality Control and Logistics
• Maintain production targets
• Render advice and guidance to the Logistics functions
• Maintain flexibility by managing the different projects on the Line
• Upgrade and maintain the High Speed Schedules on a daily base
• Manage and address discipline and work performance of employees
• Log challenges on the Engineering Dept reporting system and follow up
• Monitor, control and ensure completion of all daily tasks
• Act proactively by identifying, solving and reporting unforeseen challenges
• Attend to and sign off all clock cards and process to Payroll weekly
• Manage, monitor and control the sign-off schedule
• Be responsible and accountable for all OHS matters within the Department
• Manage and monitor tools within the Department in liaison with the OHS Manager
• Manage the Department store and all materials involved
