The successful incumbent will be responsible for Microsoft Server maintenance and daily tasks; Backup checks; Blacklisting checks; Mailflow diagnostics; Bandwidth and Internet usage monitoring; Resource usage; Print Server management; File Server management; Firmware updating; Daily helpdesk jobs; Chasing up on urgent and outstanding Helpdesk jobs; User setup including email; Networking – LAN/WAN; Helping and advising junior technicians; High level Directors support; High level remote support. Must be a team player, motivated, patient and understanding; Expert communication skills - Written and telephonic and at least 5 years as a Server Administrator.
