We are seeking a candidate as a Server-Side / Backend Developer to work within the Software Engineering Team to maintain, enhance and build new systems and components as required within the company.   

Duties would include, but not be limited to:

• The design, specification, coding, testing and documenting of software along with other developers
• The maintenance of existing software for deployed systems used by support services
• Providing support to customer support services
• Assisting internal colleagues in the investigation of software and system related problems on existing and new products or solutions

 
Minimum technical requirements:

• A Degree or Diploma in Information Systems or Computer Science
• 7 or more years hands on experience with 24/7 online systems
• Experience in system analysis and design
• Good understanding of networking (WAN/LAN/GAN/Wi-Fi/VoIP) and related technologies
• Strong development background, knowledge of different compilers and languages
• Maintenance, management and administration of Ubuntu Linux
• B2B / System / Web / Micro-services integrations
• Proven experience in multiple of the following:
• C++
• Java
• BASH
• Python
• nodeJS
• MySQL
