Responsibilities:
Record all support, administration and maintenance activities
Ensure no unnecessary downtime occurs
Ensure all infrastructure physical or virtual is processed through the change control process
Ensure all support and maintenance is done within the Clover policy framework
Report all activity that could influence server availability to line Manager
Provide ongoing technical support to all users
Maintain server security
Maintain servers, backup and disaster recovery

Requirements:
System administration support
Advanced understanding of Physical server infrastructure (RAID, CPU general concepts)
Anti Virus support and administration
Physical server hardware support and maintenance
Server Operating system support (Windows and Linux)
Backup and Recovery Administration and Operations
Virtualisation Administration and Support
Storage Area Array support and Management
Windows Server Services Support, Administration and Management (DNS, DHCP, LDAP)
Microsoft Active Directory Administration
General Server Maintenance, Administration and Support (Physical and Virtual)
Advanced understanding and Administration of Microsoft Windows Server Platform
Intermediate understanding and Administration of Linux Server Platform
Advanced technical understanding of Microsoft Desktop Operating systems (3rd Line support)
Advanced understanding of Server Virtualisation and Administration (VMWARE)
General understanding of Microsoft SQL
Ability to support and maintain Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange, Lync, SharePoint Etc.)
Mime cast support and Administration
