Service Advisor Administrator - Port Elizabeth
Salary: R15-20K Basic

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Service Advisor and Administrator to be based in Port Elizabeth. Previous experience as a service advisor or senior administrator within the motor industry is essential as well as experience using Automate.

Duties & Requirements:
• Ideal candidate would be the liaison between the customer and service technicians working in the workshop/factory floor.
• Work with customers and company management to determine problems with a vehicle and provide technicians with accurate repair descriptions.
• Well spoken, well groomed and driven by service excellence
• Own Vehicle essential, position is based in Coega.
• Constant communication between customers, line management, technicians etc. always involved in the repair and diagnostic process to as to keep the customer informed
• All Administration duties, use of Automate, Advanced Excel, company reporting and customer survey and reports etc.
