Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Opening of jobs and checking job history – ensuring all information regarding the client is correct

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with the clients on the progress of jobs and successful completion.

  • Checking in and out of vehicles/Trucks/Units

  • Project planning – New installations of units

  • Taking breakdown calls

  • Obtaining of order numbers

  • Doing picking lists

  • Purchase orders

  • Quotations and follow up on Quotes

  • Make sure all parts are delivered and booked on job

  • Make sure all Job Cards are handed in timeously

  • Monitor WIP

  • Process and follow-up with warranty calls

  • Resolving queries – Warranty calls/intercompany calls/3rd part calls

  • Responsible for accurate wages

  • The successful applicant should have excellent communication skills and should have good interaction with the client and should have experience in the ERP system and have at least 3-years experience in a service environment.

     

  • You will be required to work overtime as and when required in order to meet deadlines and to be on standby.

     

  • We require a disciplined and self-motivated individual, someone able to make decisions, work within a team environment and be able to work under pressure without supervision. You must be driven about service delivery to our customers both internally and externally.

     

  • The successful applicant should be computer literate, experienced in AXAPTA, MS Excel, Word and Outlook and have a valid driver’s license.
