Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Opening of jobs and checking job history – ensuring all information regarding the client is correct
Must be able to effectively communicate with the clients on the progress of jobs and successful completion.
Checking in and out of vehicles/Trucks/Units
Project planning – New installations of units
Taking breakdown calls
Obtaining of order numbers
Doing picking lists
Purchase orders
Quotations and follow up on Quotes
Make sure all parts are delivered and booked on job
Make sure all Job Cards are handed in timeously
Monitor WIP
Process and follow-up with warranty calls
Resolving queries – Warranty calls/intercompany calls/3rd part calls
Responsible for accurate wages
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
The successful applicant should have excellent communication skills and should have good interaction with the client and should have experience in the ERP system and have at least 3-years experience in a service environment.
You will be required to work overtime as and when required in order to meet deadlines and to be on standby.
We require a disciplined and self-motivated individual, someone able to make decisions, work within a team environment and be able to work under pressure without supervision. You must be driven about service delivery to our customers both internally and externally.
The successful applicant should be computer literate, experienced in AXAPTA, MS Excel, Word and Outlook and have a valid driver’s license.
