Westvaal Motor Holdings, a dynamic motor dealership group in North West, Free state, Western Cape, Mpumalanga & Limpopo as well as Gauteng, requires a suitable candidate for the position of Service advisor situated at Westvaal Somerset West.

Duties / Responsibilities:
• Assess the Service needs. Promote the sale of labour/ parts and or accesories.
• Document services required, estimations for labour and parts and specify payment responsibilities.
• Maintain contact with the Customer.
• Produce an outcome where there is no comebacks,
• Co-ordinte Service Schedules. Develop and maintain price shedule,
• Maintain appionment scheduling system and coordinate alternate transportation for customers.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction by correctly addressing the needs and accurate remedy of the fault.
• Complete required administration in the service proses and maintain Customer files.

Requirements:
• Matric
• Min Four years experience in the vehicle industry or Basic Vehicle Technical knowledge would be an advantage.
• Computer & Business system knowledge, including Units and product knowledge would be an advantage.
• Must be target driven.
• Work independently & be self disciplined.
• A Code 8 Drivers licence
• Good communication and people skills.
• Selling Marketing and Team work skills.

Salary:
Negotiable, depending on experience
