Our commercial vehicle dealer client based in Pietermaritzburg currently holds a vacancy for an EE Service Advisor with a good understanding of the truck and bus enviroment.

Key performance areas:
Provide effective customer contact regarding all aspects on the repairs undertaken on the customer’s vehicle
Ensure prior authorization of repairs/ servicing is obtained and customers’ signature is obtained on the job card
Responsible for the intake of customer vehicles through completing of job cards detailing work
description, customer and vehicle details and confirmation of the payment method
Responsible for supervising the 24 hour breakdown service
Perform standby duties as per the set schedule

Minimum qualification and experience / skills required:
Must have Matric and possession of a technical qualification highly advantageous
Must have at least 5 years’ experience in a workshop in a similar capacity
with a good understanding of the truck and bus environment
Must be computer literate, with literacy in Embrace being an added advantage
