Westvaal Motor Holdings, a dynamic motor dealership group in North West, Free state, Western Cape, Mpumalanga & Limpopo as well as Gauteng, requires a suitable candidate for the position of Service advisor situated at Westvaal Secunda.

Duties / Responsibilities:
Assess the Service needs. Promote the sale of labour/ parts and or accesories.
Document services required, estimations for labour and parts and specify payment responsibilities.
Maintain contact with the Customer.
Produce an outcome where there is no comebacks,
Co-ordinte Service Schedules. Develop and maintain price shedule,
Maintain appionment scheduling system and coordinate alternate transportation for customers.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction by correctly addressing the needs and accurate remedy of the fault.
Complete required administration in the service proses and maintain Customer files.

Requirements:
Matric
Min Four years experience in the vehicle industry or Basic Vehicle Technical knowledge would be an advantage.
Computer & Business system knowledge, including Units and product knowledge would be an advantage.
Must be target driven.
Work independently & be self disciplined.
A Code 8 Drivers licence
Good communication and people skills.
Selling Marketing and Team work skills.

Salary:
Negotiable, depending on experience
