A Leading Car Dealership in East London, Eastern Cape is requiring an energetic, well presented and level headed Service Advisor for their busy workshop.
Job Functions and Duties:
Receive vehicles from customers.
Prepare Job Cards
Arrange authorisation for follow up work to be done
Liaise between customer and technician.
Hand over vehicles
Make follow ups/ courtesy calls
Requirements:
Matric or equivalent
Drivers License
2 to 3 years working experience in a similar environment
Customer Focused
PC Literate
