Hospitality - Service and Beverage Manager

Major Hotel group with Lodges and Hotels all over the country is seeking a Service and Beverage Manager for one of their Lodges in Mpumalanga (Sabi Sands). 

Candidate will be required to supervise and control all beverage service standards, ensuring smooth operations, within agreed budgetary limits, retaining responsibility for profit and sales in the Lodge bars and promoting guest service and satisfaction. 

Minimum Requirements 

At least 3 years experience in a similar position 

Grade 12 essential and Degree or Diploma (advantageous) 

Guest focus 

Drive
