Description: A well-known company is looking for a Service Centre Supervisor for their Centurion Branch

• Fleet management skills
• Ability to Compile Reports
• Good knowledge on the technical working of products
• Excellent knowledge of Gauteng and surrounding areas
• Must be willing to work long hours
• Own transport

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee admin staff
• Managing of SLA reports
• Phone customers on daily basis
• making sure production gets done
• Do any reports requested from management
• dealing with walk in customers that have complaints
• do follow ups on field marketers to get units delivered
• Managing Po’s, GRV’S, supplier invoices
• ordering of stock that needs to be stripped/do adjustments on Omni and Syspro
• Allocate units to Tec
• do trip sheets/picking & repair
• signing over of spare parts & receiving of old spare parts
• Receive units on a daily basis/check list to be completed
• Assists walk in customers with technical advice
• Must be available Immediately

Experience:
• At least three years’ experience as a Supervisor
