The individual conduct coaching sessions in order to enhance and improve the profitability and client centricity of the business, Assess and audit quality of client engagements based on the quality assurance scorecard, Escalate client queries to the relevant department or stakeholder and Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders

Matric/Grade12
Ability to speak African languages
2-3 years’ experience in a quality assurance or performance coaching in a call centre environment
Knowledge of the legislative impact on the insurance industry, life insurers and telemarketing
