We are looking for a service controller in the greenstone area.
Must have good talking skills , be patient with clients and technicians .
you will be taking calls from clients , then loading the client info onto the computer system before giving the technicians the details for doing the call.
You will need some excel skills and good telephone personality.
you must be a friendly person and get on well with the team.
