SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER – IT INDUSTRY

Minimum requirements:
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years in a service delivery environment
• Relevant degree and ITIL qualification
• General IT industry knowledge
• Management experience in outsource/co-outsourced environment with knowledge of service desk technologies

Duties:
• Responsible for ensuring the required service delivery is carried out for clients with great precision, speed and efficiency, as well as managing the service level agreements as outlined by the client’s contract
• Build client service relationships and take responsibility to ensure client satisfaction
• Ensure all service level agreements are met
• Manage the delivery of service, service budgets, and agree escalation points to ensure that the optimal resources are being used and that the service delivered meets with the client’s agreed quality requirements
