MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be proactive in the cultivation of windows of opportunity that may result in the development of new business for the company.
Determine and manage financial requirements of each Site of responsibility e.g. Budgets, forecasting etc.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous assessment of end-user results.
Identify, develop and maintain business relationships with key influencers and decision makers, up to CEOs.
Ensure proper governance and reporting systems at company sites of responsibility in conjunction with the Finance and Administration function.
Develop and maintain a culture of urgency among all members of the team by being the key driver in cultivating efficient working techniques.
Anticipate and manage new changes by developing an infrastructure which will facilitate the smooth acquisition of potential new business.
Ensure implementation of staff structures and performance management practices to breed optimal results and to ensure that principal accountabilities are met.
Development of key personnel to ensure that appropriate skills exist in the division, cognisance being taken of anticipated future technology trends and best practices.
Ensure continuous improvement of employee satisfaction and morale.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Grade 12 or equivalent
B Com Business Administration or equivalent Junior degree qualification
Minimum 5 years & experience in Service Delivery management, preferably in a printing environment
Good working financial knowledge (i.e. billing to customers/profit & loss analysis etc.)
Advanced level of MS Office
Knowledge of Supply Chain management
Knowledge of Equitrac software a must
ITIL certification will be an added advantage
Own transport a must and be willing to do extensive travelling
Valid Driver's licence
