We are looking to recruit an experienced Service Deliver Manager to provide a professional and high quality support service

Must have a strong background in Project Management Training, IT, Project Management and Service Delivery with a proven track records of managing people, systems and projects
Full understanding of the IT (SDLC) and corporate environments
Working closely with the Project Managers on site at different clients to ensure quality and delivery of projects are met
A real desire to deliver quality service at all times, be self-motivating, flexible, hard-working and thorough
The successful candidate must demonstrate an excellent track record in large-scale Service Delivery Management contracts
Excellent management skills will enable you to Deliver against agreed operational procedures to ensure quality and consistency of service
Manage and conduct candidate KPI’s in line with the clients requirements
Ensure candidates meets agreed SLAs / KPIs
Assist candidates with Project issues and risks and status to ensure delivery
Assist in the definition of appropriate technologies required to deliver the service
Define, schedule and execute formal candidate review meetings
Uphold both client and UMS company values
A thorough understanding of various Project Management Methodologies (PMBoK, Prince2).
Relevant Degree or IT Diploma
Project Management certificate, Prince 2 etc.
