UMS requires a Service Delivery Manager for Testing Resources at client sites

Minimum Requirements

Determined problem solver, will own issues until full resolution
Must have previously managed people
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail.
Strong rapport and relationship building skills with both candidates and clients
Excellent networking skills, ability to navigate organizations and build strong relationships leaders
A good level of business awareness and commercial acumen
Strong organisational, time management and prioritization skills
Able to take a creative approach to situations and problem solving
Training experience within the IT/Testing environment will be advantageous
Understanding of IT industry working practices / methodologies
Must have their own car
Must have valid work permit
Must be willing to travel from one client to the next

Job Specification

Building strong partnership relationships with candidates
Meet with candidates regularly
Conduct performance appraisals for candidates
Schedule client maintenances and ensure appropriate quality checks have been completed.
Manage Client projects and oversee implementations for on time delivery
Review service failures and produce incident reports when required
Produce and maintain service improvement plans with candidates provided
Ensure appropriate documentation is in place for specific support requirements
Organise and chair monthly/quarterly service review meetings
Identify opportunities for growth and pass leads to Account Executive
Produce ad-hoc reports when required.
