We are urgently looking for a Service delivery manager for our client in isando. The following are their requirements.
DUTIES/TASKS
Assist with daily duties as and when required as well as with the preparation of weekly / monthly reporting
• Monthly customer billing
• Resolving Billing Discrepancies
• Creating of reports (weekly / monthly)
• Delivery and Replenishment of Consumables
• Replenishment of Stock
• Submission of Weekly and Monthly Stock Counts
• Achieve contractual SLA
• Monitoring of Incidents
• Manage life cycle of logged incidents and drive to resolution
• Ensure accuracy of fleet information
• Adhere to all processes and procedures
• Process communication to all onsite printer assistants
• Implementing all change requests
• Review all monthly claims and expenses
• Adhere to claim deadlines
• Establish a professional working relationship with clients
• Manage and update servers when required
