Service Delivery Technician (SQL) (Mid – Senior)

As a Service Delivery Technician you will be responsible for giving telephonic and on-line support, to their client base on their software using SQL as the back end. 
Telephonic and on-line/remote support to clients on POS software using MS SQL as the back end
Perform basic queries in SQL database to modify/search for data
Data modification & conversions from other types of databases to SQL
 
Successful candidates for the Service Delivery Technician role are able to understand an articulate technical concepts and deriving viable solutions in a limited amount of time. Someone who works well in a high pressure, fast paced environment with Microsoft SQL knowledge/experience would be a good fit for this role. 
 
 
They provide their clients with 24/7/365 support, therefore shift work and stand-by applies.
 
BSc (IT) or IT diploma (A+; N+) & Microsoft SQL knowledge/experience secures for this role. 
MS SQL competency evaluation will be conducted.
 
 
Location: Bloubergstrand, Cape Town
Remuneration: R14,000 – R18, 000 CTC
