As a Service Desk Coordinator you will be tracking of calls and taking care of SLA call and escalation management. (Equity candidate)

What we will expect you to do:

• You will take responsibility for SLA Call Management, escalation management
• You will assign calls to the relevant support teams and 3rd Parties
• You will take responsibility for Customer satisfaction surveys
• Interaction with users, clients, 3rd party support and engineers will be key
• Reporting and administration work will form a large part of your role
• You will be required to feedback and follow up with customers and support teams as well as telephone support and call logging
• You will take care of 1st line technical remote support and fault finding

In short, we need you to work passionately to analyse and problem solve our client's hardware and software.

Here's what we are looking for in candidates for this job:

Key requirements:

• A 3 year degree/diploma in engineering or a Professional Level Technology certification
• Experience in a similar call desk environment - let's say about 1 to 3 years
• Good English language skills
• Basic IT Knowledge of desktops and networking environments
• Good MS Office Skills

Key abilities required:
• Able to be a good team player, because we need you to comfortably interact and liaise with management, co-workers and clients alike
• Able to have an investigative nature - to be able to spot risks and resolve issues quickly and with the minimum disruption to our client's business
Non-negotiable for us:
• We need you to drive the successful operation of our client's computer systems forward
• You must begin to specialise in a particular field of either technology, vendor or product whilst maintaining a broad technology understanding
• If problems arise, we need you to initiate action and resolve the issue
