Role:
To effectively respond to IT user queries / problems (electronic receipt & logging of problems reported) & co-ordinate rapid appropriate responses / monitor progress / keep users updated etc).

You Need:
  • Relevant Certification ( Eg A+ N+ MCSE)
  • Portuguese - Read Speak Write
  • Service Desk ( Remedy, Dameware or Spectrum)
  • An efficient conscientious record keeper, with good communication skills, and methodical approach to problem solving, using appropriate tools.

To Do:
  • Log of Customer Queries / responses
  • Update the Reference Library
  • 1st level problem resolution in line with SLA’s
  • Log and monitor user calls
  • Use the reference library available for problem resolution
  • Keep users informed of progress
  • Update the logging system
  • Adhere to standards procedures & SLA’s
  • Escalate problems and requests to relevant specialists.
  • Maintain inventory of equipment supported by Service Desk plus logs of user details, problems resolutions, for administration and planning purposes.

Must be prepared to work overtime, weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis, as well as early and late shifts.
