We're seeking suitable candidates who have Proven Experience in a Service Desk Tecnician function, dealing with Remote Switching & Routing!
Our Umhlanga (KZN) based client, whom we're recruiting for, is one of the world’s leading Telecommunication companies!
N.B. CISCO (CCNA / CCNP) Accredited candidates will be given preference.
Position Duties include;
- Technical support CISCO case troubleshooting and resolution,
- Providing technical support to customers through network & remote repair
- Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers and CISCO devices
- Ensure effective Ticket logging / allocations
- Support international clients outside business hours
Position Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Criminal Clear
- 2 to 3 Years Technical Support Experience
- CISCO CCNA / CCNP Certifications would be an advantage
- Available to relocate (based in KZN) & start Immediately
