Requirements:

A good administrative knowledge and electronic data base administration, including data capture, reading comprehension, literacy, typing, filing,
Ability to prioritise and streamline information and physical flows; including information organisation, stock control.
Good communications ability and effective client liaison skills, including information gathering, listening, problem solving.
A good telephone manner with fluent English.
Must be confident, resilient, disciplined, dedicated, flexible, enthusiastic.
Must be "People Orientated" and pay attention to detail.
