Qualification:
N.DIP.Electronic/Electrical Engineering (Light Current), MCSE or N+ or A+

Experience:
1-3 years experience in customer service experience
Networking experience
Experience in servicing/installing HW/SW as well external products

Skills Required:
Positive attitude and the capability of working under pressurized conditions
Structured and methodical with fault finding
Alarm system knowledge/certification( PARADOX, ATS) will take preference
Fire detection knowledge/certification will be beneficial
Networking Skills (N+ will be beneficial)
General Market Knowledge - Understanding high demand of Customer Service
Communication - Ability to communicate efficiently to customer as well as co-workers on fault statuses
Self-Starter and Motivated - Driven by the need to succeed
PC skills - MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and Internet
Electronic Skills - Low Current Power, Relays
Software installation skills
Hardware installation skills

Job Requirements:
Drive all aspects to the SAT service sites
Build a good understanding of the installed hardware and software products fast and efficiently
Good communication skills
Real-time monitoring on service calls - debriefing of calls after each call to ensure call center tracking and up-to-date customer feedback fro centralized solution
Self study on existing manuals - hardware and software
Fault finding skill - only possible with excellent understanding of hardware and software
