Service Engineer (Inkjet printers) – Centurion

Educational Requirements:
Matric
Relevant qualification (electrical, mechanical etc.)

Experience Requirements:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with inkjet printers (industrial)
Must have relevant technical & servicing experience
Must have relevant mechanical / electrical knowledge and experience
Knowing how to use electrical tools (multi-metered etc.)
Knowing how to use electronic tools (oscilloscope)
Must be well spoken and well presented
Must have own transport

Responsibilities:
Liaising with customers regarding issues
Scheduling appointments onsite
Travelling onsite to customers to service Inkjet printers & relevant products
Fault finding & diagnostics
Providing technical training on machinery
Ensuring customer service & satisfaction
Meeting deadlines & service levels
Maintaining product knowledge

Additional information:
Salary R8 000 – R12 000 gross (CTC Max)
Must have own transport
Must have clear Crim & ITC record
Working hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Location: Tshwane – Centurion (Sunderland Ridge)
