Job Title: Service Level Specialist

Salary: R420 000.00 per annum (Negotiable)

Minimum requirements:

• 2 - 3 years drafting and Negotiation experience
• LLB degree or Bcom Law may be considered
• 2 – 3 years Telecoms experience

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Draft contracts (Technical of Nature)
• Structure, draft and negotiate service level agreements in the public and private sector, including agreements for listed corporate companies, large banking entities and parastatals.
• Draft and negotiate vendor facing agreements that require interaction with suppliers and Supply Chain Management.
• Keep contract repository
• Document technical requirements for contracts
• Have a good understanding of business practices and SLA’s
