My client, a leading ICT company with a national footprint, seeks to employ a Service Manager with previous experience providing problem-solving resources and managing a team in an ICT environment. Due to team structure and BEE requirements, preference will be given to female candidates.

Job Duties:
• Human Resource objectives
• Strategic planning, preparing and completing action plans
• Resolving Problems
• Forecasting and Budgeting
• Maintaining customer relationships, providing help desk resources and technical advice, resolving problems, site visits, etc.

Skills/Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years in a similar role and environment (ICT/Managing Staff/Help Desk)
• 2 years previous experience in a Help Desk support role
• Relevant Tertiary qualification (ICT/Management)
• Own vehicle and valid drivers license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
