DUTIES

1. Team Manager – Train, motivate, set targets, manage performance
2. Customer Service – maintain improve relations, visit and communicate with client base, ensure customer satisfaction and improve results
3. Financial Management – protect the revenue and ensure profitability, achieve branch goals and enhance profitability, provide solid leadership, protect company assets, achieve set targets
4. Processes – ensure smooth operation of the region, site inspections to ensure work meets and exceeds expectations and regulations, safety standards management


REQUIREMENTS:
1. Teritary qualification – pref commercial or electronics or electrical
2. 3 – 5 years experience in service management
3. Basic knowledge of Health of safety
4. Good management skills
5. Have a high process orientation
6. Team player with good communication skills
