HRA05: Vacant position Service Manager

Westvaal Motor Holdings, a dynamic motor dealership group in North West, Free state, Mpumalanga, Western Cape & Limpopo as well as Gauteng, requires a suitable candidate for the position of a Service Manager at Westvaal Somerset West
Duties / Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the Service Department in order to ensure achievement of Customer enthusiasm, owner loyalty and goals related to service excellence, volume and profit;
Create and implement Customer Enthusiasm, Owner Loyalty and Marketing strategies to develop existing & new service business;
Manage Service Department profitably through Financial Controls and Resource allocation. Establish and maintain systems to ensure departmental effectiveness and profitability;
Establish Customer enthusiasm ensuring excellent customer service levels and therefore a high Customer Satisfaction Index; and;
Lead, develop and motivate staff.

Requirements:
Relevant Tertiary qualification in Auto Mobile / Mechanical Management & 10 years in Auto Workshop with knowledge of modern workshop systems;
Management and self-driven abilities coupled with analysis & problem solving, integrity will ensure further suitability.
Application of Policies & Procedures, Warranty / Insurance Knowledge, Brand / product and program Knowledge, Financial analysis and Teamwork;
Strong communication skills.
