Service Manager – Western Cape

Manage all aspects of the Service Department to ensure achievement of Customer enthusiasm, owner loyalty and goals related to service excellence, volume and profit; Manage Service Department profitably.

Establish and maintain systems to ensure departmental effectiveness and profitability;
Establish Customer enthusiasm ensuring excellent customer service levels and therefore a high Customer Satisfaction Index; and; Lead, develop and motivate staff.

Requirements:
Must be a South African Citizen and be residing in the Limpopo area .
Must have valid South African driver’s licence ·
Must have motor dealership management experience either as a Foreman or Workshop/ Service Manager
Must be a qualified Petrol Technician ·
Relevant Tertiary qualification in Automotive Mechanical Management with knowledge of modern workshop systems;
