Title: Services Sales Specialist (Drives and Motors)
Successful candidate will be responsible for:
Creating, planning and implementing service sales strategy by increasing the installed base (IB) penetration, effectively utilizing tools/databases and promoting value add service product offerings.
• Ensure achievement of service sales targets, provide cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the Service sales team to generate and identify service sales leads
• Establish long term customer relationships with key customers and decision makers by understanding the requirements and exhibiting high expertise in technical solutions and products.
• Responsible for feedback on sales development, distribution of resources for service sales activities and the current status of the market.
• Monitor client financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have an Electrical Degree or Diploma with minimum 7 years of sales experience.
In addition, you must have at least 3 years of experience in service sales of Drives and Motors
Must have a sound technical experience and understanding of Drives and Motors.
