Description

Providing training, instruction and advice to our customers on the effective use and operation of the company's systems
Service support to products and systems both on site and with customers
Offering tangible value to customer operations - ensure that the customer's equipment operates effectively and are serviced effectively
Identifying problems with / on operational systems installed at customer sites and repairing /replacing / re-configuring equipment as required to repair, install, configure, commission and support equipment, including issue identification and resolution for equipment based on the customer sites.
Installing, loading software, configuring, commissioning, etc for new systems and for system upgrades and commissioning.
Setting of overall priorities and scheduling of field support duties.
Completing reporting and documentation requirements (e.g. activity reports / site logs, tracking, fault and issue logs) in a timely manner
Managing relationships by working closely with the service team on active contracts and prospecting for early renewals.
Personal responsibility for maintaining required accreditations (statutory requirements and site-specific requirements, e.g. safety inductions etc).

Minimum Requirements

Trade certificate or equivalent in /or: Millwright / Fitter / Electrician
MUST HAVE a Section 13/26 Qualification - Red Seal
Minimum of 3 - 5 years post qualification experience
Valid driver’s licence with occasional travel required
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and repairing compressed air systems.
Demonstrated customer service experience.
