Key Tasks

- Carry out and assist in planning and maintenance of client equipment
- Build and assemble products in the service center
- Protect spares business against piracy and competitors
- Perform repair services of equipment on customer's site/s or workshop
- Maintain high level repair work on service contracts
- Keep service contract packs up to date
- Assist with training of mine personnel or staff
- Assist with the upkeep of the Health and Safety regulations of all sites
- Accumulate consumption of spares and pump performance history
- Routine maintenance duties on all sites
- Offer new contracts and value adding and solution to contracts
- Compile a field service report on the findings and ensure it is signed by customers and
hand the report to Supervisor Service Center. Follow up on recommendations from report/s
- Maintain and assist with LEAN implementation
- Maintain and assist with HSE implementation
- Increase Service Center Revenue
- Adhere to all HSE housekeeping requirements at the branch and on site
- Adhere to Duty of Care and Policy at all times
