Profile:
Pro-active and organized
Process driven
Strong focus on quality customer service land quick turnaround
Education:
Matric
Admin related qualification advantageous
Software:
Strong PC literacy: MS Word and MS Excel
Experience:
Minimum 5 years administrative and customer service experience
Experience coordinating the activities of Field service technicians
Preparing and submitting quotes
Costing of projects
Preparing and submitting tenders
Preparing Safety Files
Visa applications, flight bookings, car hire and accommodation bookings
Stock control: Services equipment.
Ensure the calibration, repairs and insurance of equipment is in order.
Update insurance schedule
Obtain third party quotes when necessary
Requirements:
Reside in the northern suburbs/ West Rand
Strong admin skills
Excellent communication skills with strong English proficiency
Stable employment history with contactable references
