We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Services Manager for a leading company in the Facilities Management industry. The main focus for this position will be to manage the Business Support and Soft Services functions by utilising subordinates and sub-contractors effectively to ensure that outputs are maintained as per the SLA and Management contract. Reporting to the Facilities Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Grade 12
Facilities Management Certificate/Diploma.
Technical knowledge and skills regarding UPS, Generators and HVAC
Financial Control – Budgets, Expenditure, Cost Analysis, etc.
Good understanding of SLA’s and management of contracts.
Knowledge of LRA and managing labour relations issues.
Operational experience at a managerial level.
Computer literacy on MS Office Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
Valid driver’s license and own transport.
Good understanding of OHSA requirements
