Established Client based in Welkom is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Services Manager to oversee Facilities at one of their Hospitals.

Requirements

• Computer literate
• Management experience – minimum 10 years
• Human Resources and Labour Relations Management experience
• Hospital or Services industry experience
• Knowledge of infection control
• Financial skills including compilation of budgets

Scope of Work

The successful incumbent will be responsible for the overall Facilities Management of the hospital which includes:

• Cleaning and Hygiene
• Laundry
• Maintenance
• Porters
• Switchboard
• Grounds
• Security
• Waste
• Document Storage
• Procurement
• Utilities

The successful incumbent will also be responsible for the management of a staff complement of no less than 60 employees.
