Our client in the IT sector is looking to engage the services of a Settlement Team Leader to join their team. Incumbent will have 2 subordinates reporting into them. The position entails processing accounts receivable and accounts Payable for Outbound Logistics as well as maintaining Contracts with Customers and vendors and Managing overall settlement and the Lead settlement Team

Minimum Educational Requirements:
• Grade 12 (Mathematics compulsory – Passed HG C/SG B)
• Completed 3 year Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business Management/Economics
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Finance Department

Detailed duties and responsibilities.
• Weekly, monthly billing, AR and AP processing for customers and vendors
• Resolving system errors to prevent backlog in Billing.
• Weekly statement updates and submissions to Customers.
• Maintain CMS contracts with Vendors and customers
• Manage Settlement Team and assist with problems/system issues. Lead and guide team in reaching KPI’s
• Monitor and immediately resolve settlement and invoice delays
• Preparation of monthly accruals
• Communication with Vendors and Customer to ensure settlement processes are running efficiently.
