Production Management:
* Create Production Schedules
* Execute Production Schedules
* Raw Materials Planning
* Manage Stores
* Reduce wastage and losses
* Quality Control
* Health and Safety

Assist R&D
* Provide Technical Guidance on what can and can't be manufactured

Leading Team
* Manage team of 20-30 people
* Provide technical guidance to the team
* Get involved hands-on
* Motivate team to achieve schedules
* Motivate team to produce with high quality
* Liaise with internal depts and customers

Strategic Enhancement
* Financial Management
* Enhance production processes
* Optimise the line
* Implement an MRP system e.g. SysPro

Background work experience:

* 5 Years Technical Experience in Sheet Metal Manufacturing, which includes the following:
* 2 Years on Bosch and Fanuc controls
* Manufacturing of sheet metals such as stainless steel and mild steel
* Using Puching and Bending Machines
* Welding of sheet metal
* Technical knowledge on what can and can't be manufactured
* 5 Years Production Management experience, which includes the following:
* 3 Years Production Planning in a Jobbing Environment
* 2 Years Implementation of an MRP such as SysPro
* Development of production plans for Jobs
* Execution of production plans
* Ensuring quality work is completed
* Motivating team
* Dip Production Management or Equivalent
* Toolmaker/Fitter and Turner/Boiler Maker or Equivalent
* Bosch or Fanuc CNC programming certificate
* Adv: Aluminium Manufacturing Expertise

Salary: Market Related. In the Range of R 360K to R 600K per annum. Highly exceptional more senior candidates may be considered.
