SHEQ and Site Administrator - East London


Manage 6 line switchboard

Manage and process all Safety, health and environment quality documents (maintain high volume documentation flow)

Ensure that own behaviour and that of staff, visitors and contractors always conforms to SHEQ (Safety, Health and Environment Quality) policies and rules

and participate in SHEQ training forums

Ensure adherence to the SHEQ process to achieve safety targets, sustain improvements and ensure safe handling and security of stock and assets

Perform banking function and control and administer the petty cash

Co-ordinate the branch purchasing process

Reconcile and capture documentation on a daily basis, where required

Perform ad hoc clerical functions

Reconcile and action inventory reports on a daily basis where required

Min Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12

3 - 5 years industrial manufacturing environment experience (A sound knowledge of the OHSA and gas industry very advantageous)

SAP proficiency

Excellent telephone manner

Attention to detail

Good administrative skills

Ability to work in high pressure environment and multitask

Clear criminal and credit records
