MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
National Diploma / Degree in Safety Management and or Quality Management.

EXPERIENCE
None.
Must be able to efficiently operate a PC. MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) would be advantageous but training will be given to the successful applicant.
Code 08 Drivers License

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing to external and internal customers.
Effective time management skills to ensure all daily reporting is submitted on time.
Team player, Self-motivated, Proactive, and showing initiative at all levels.
Ability to troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve problems with minimum support.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To assist the SHEQ Manager in championing and enforcing the compliance by all employees to the Greif Safety standard and all relevant OHS Act requirements. To assist the SHEQ Manager in maintaining, control and improving the documented quality management system in accordance with
SABS ISO 9001 – 2015.
