Experience:
• 2-5 years trade experience in an industrial environment

Personal capabilities:
• Available to work overtime, when necessary
• Contactable telephonically after hours for emergencies
• Be able to complete job cards
• Be independent in performing machine services with high efficiency and little supervision
• Gets things done
• Strong technical competence
• Is able to swiftly adjust to ever changing demands
• Seeking out and incorporating ideas from others in decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and formal communication skills
• Demonstrated listening skills
• Innovative in problem solving
• Be able to attend to machine breakdowns
• Have fine machine setting skills
• Be able to do planned preventative maintenance
• Have at least 2 years related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must have own transport and be available for standby and work overtime and shift work when required
• Be in a position to attend to call outs when required
