Leading manufacturer of innovative and quality precast concrete products requires a SHIFT FOREMAN based in Midrand. The role of the SHIFT FOREMAN is to ensure that raw materials are converted to finished products efficiently.

Requirements:
• Ability to develop, manage and control staff
• Ability to implement procedures
• Understands PLC and Hydraulic systems
• Technical and Trade
• At least Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science
• Microsoft Office competent (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge in continuous production environment
• Understand the block making process
• Quality control and quality assurance background

Working hours:
12 hours shifts; 24 x 7, will take turn with weekend and night shifts. Will work 3 days on, then 3 nights on, then a weekend, then 5 days off.
