-Minimum Grade 12
-Metallurgical Degree or Diploma
-Min 3 Years metallurgical plant experience
-Min1 Year Shift Foreman exp
-Candidate will work rotational shifts
-Candidate will ensure installation is operated efficiently and safely, maintain production records train and develop employees
-Medically Fit
-Intimate knowledge of MHS Act and extensive exposure to NOSA or similar SHE systems
-Up to 50 years of age
