Requirements:
National Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Trade Test
5 - 10 years' industry experience of which 5 years' are on a supervisory level

Responsibilities:
Management of production personnel
Managing costs to required budget levels
Monitoring and managing of department performance
Reducing spoilage and improving efficiencies
