Key Responsibilities:

• Help develop, maintain and continuously improve standards as Shift Leader
• Assist in gaining optimal staff usage and help ensure that sufficient staff is on duty at all times in the CT ICU
• Assist with staff management and training
• As Shift Leader you will help with stock and equipment
• Management of patient care and client services
• A Shift Leader will always ensure effective Doctor, staff and patient relationships
• Comply with company policies, procedures and internal
controls.

Applicants for this position must:

• Be registered with The South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse
• Post Basic qualification in Critical Care Nursing essential
• Previous Shift Leading experience in a Private CT ICU is essential
