Shift position = 12hr shifts 06h00 - 18h00 - 06h00 - 4 days on - 4 days off rotation basis

• 10 YEARS PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT EXP ( TIMBER / PLYWOOD/ MELAMINE)INDUSTRY
• STRONG EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING :
• PRODUCTION, QUALITY, DOWNTIME, HOUSEKEEPING AND SAFETY, MANAGEMENT OF STAFF( 15 X SHIFT RELATED PRODUCTION STAFF) , PREVENTATITVE MAINTENANCE, MANAGEMENT OF RAW MATERIALS,
Responsible for Factory production (Press, Sanding, Melamine ) and quality on shift as per budget. At start of shift familiarise self with production, quality and downtime issues of the previous shift and assess what additional issues needs to be resolved. Arrange manpower to address these issues. Compile all needed shift reports. Attend daily Production meetings for Department
