TELKOM MOBILE SHIFT MANAGER/SUPERVISOR

We are looking for energetic, proactive, professional Shift Manager for Telkom Mobile stores in the Northern and Southern suburbs of Cape Town.

Requirements:
• 3 years retail sales experience preferably in the cellular environment
• Knowledge related to latest mobile and fixed-line products advantageous
• Matric qualification
• Excellent and good understanding in Microsoft Office
• Must understand and be willing to work retail hours
• Interpersonal skills very important
• Leadership.
• Supervisory management
• English and Afrikaans mandatory

You will be required to perform in the following functional areas:
• Sell cellular and data packages
• Manages day to day store operations as directed by the AREA manager.
• Maintains optimum customer services and relationships
• Identifies / implements continuous improvements
• Plan and forecast store stock requirements
• Manage and control all stock, variances / losses
• Manage and control all cash in store
• After sales customer service

Sales and systems training will be provided.
